S50 oil sump conversion

Hi all,

I'm currently working on a swap project S50 3.2, replacing my old 325i.
I was wondering if anyone ever tried to fit the entire front sub frame from the donor vehicle into E30 instead of going through the oil sump conversion.
I have all the parts from the donor vehicle.
I would much appreciate any bit of input.

e38 sump faces the same way as m50 sump from e34 and much cheaper 70-90 quid for all the parts was quoted from a breaker a year ago no modify pump splash tray etc thats to fit a m52 mind you but it think s50 is the same
