Have the following issues, Rev counter down, obc down, no instrument lights, no interior light.
Have followed Brian's tips, ran an earth from the rear ashtray which bypasses the dimmer switch, to no avail. Swopped out the headlight switch, checked the suspension turret earth and the earth on the passenger wing.
Fuses checked.
Mmmmmm?
Thoughts.

Have you checked the earth point behind the glove box?

Fuse 10 and 21 have something to do with the OBC, I have this printed out, laminated and keep it in the glove box, also as mentioned check the earths they should be okay also check the fuses with a tester as they may visually seem to be okay but aren't.

I used a similar tool to the one listed below to work out what the parasitic drain on my battery was, it may help in your fault finding.

I had checked all the fuses associated with the obc, all were good.
I will go for the glovebox earth next.
Anyone with any further comments would be welcomed.

Double check, the fuse may be fine but the socket the fuse sits in can be faulty.

As Satan has said fuse 10 and 21 are used on the OBC and the instrument cluster but 10 is not used for the interior light so 21 and the wiring would be my suspects.
Also what car is it and what happened before the faults? (has it been worked on or not used)
Have the Si battery been changed?
Have some links to the wiring diagrams in the wiki:

Joking apart,
I think there is an earthing point behind the stereo/centre console as well.
