Hello, e30 Zoner

I want to replace my pressure regulator because sometimes it is difficult to start especially while engine hot.

Which pressure regulator should I use? 2.5 or 3 bar?

Thank you
Markus

hello,

Did you test it, to make sure that fpr is defective? m20b25 use 3.0 FPR.

This is what I would have answered if the car was a UK model, BUT, the ETK also lists a 2.5 bar FPR for the M20B25, for all production dates.
Best answer is to replace with the same as is fitted now. Pressure should be written on the side of it.

If fuel is coming out of the vacuum pipe at the top of the FPR then it is shot.
