Unscrew the bolts holding the cap, and off it comes. Nothing much to stop it. Rotor arm is retained by small cap bolts, which should be assisted by grips on the outside of the head of the bolt as you try to undo them, otherwise the hex. sockets are likely to strip.

A cable tie can be used to secure the hose, and if fitted correctly, looks as good as the OE clip.
Feed the tail of the cable tie through the hole in the bracket from the back, loop the tail around the hose, then feed it back through the hole and push it through the head behind the bracket. Pull it gently tight and cut off the excess tail.

I caught my hose just before it was worn right through - wasn't even aware there was supposed to be a retainer -

The problem is that this part isn't really fit for purpose - hence the large number of missing ones, and members who didn't even realise that there should be a clip fitted.
A cable tie, fitted as I describe, just presents as a plain black plastic band around the hose, that isn't immediately identifiable as a cable tie.
BMW use plenty of cable ties in the production of their cars, and I'm sure you could find a suitable one in a nice BMW parts bag from your dealer, if you insist on genuine parts only.
