Odometer not working

Hi guys,

I've got a 316 '87 model with a speedometer in miles. i took it apart and noticed I have a motometer odometer. It has the orange,black and dark brownish color for the gears. I've found a couple of suppliers from the states, but was wondering if you guys know of anyone in Europe that stock these parts?

have you guys heard of these suppliers or ordered from them before? any idea on the quality of their products?

Im based out of Malta.

Thats my speedometer below, i know i mentioned mph, as i got a feeling my gears are for the mph version.

Biggest reason for speedo not working is the speedo drive in the differential or the wiring going to the speedo drive.

I would be checking the wiring first at the differential end.

Hi Sanchez, sorry its the odometer thats not working, the speedometer is working fine. When i opened up the motometer unit the gears had missing teeth and one was broken, so im assuming its a gear issue at this point. Just was wondering if its at all possible to confirm that the products im looking at are the correct ones, and/or if there is other/better suppliers than those two.

if its the white gear the garagastic one works fine.
