I’m considering replacing my headlights (non smiley) with a set of new smileys but as even buying a decent set Of second hand will cost a fair amount and will be 30 years oldish has any one fitted Depo manufactured sets and if so are they any good ?

I have been looking at the same issue and the ones I have found seem ok but they say they are for LHD only but Im sure you can change them over .

Secondly, I have just bought a second hand set of "bulls eyes" which I believe you can fit HID`s IF you want to.

Smileys you can change to LHD from RHD as we fitted a set to my sons 87 convertible to be able to pass the German TUV test, you may need to redo the connectors though.

I've got some Depo's you can switch L/R with 3 screws - pretty easy.

They've been on the car for 18months and I have no issues with water ingest, the build quality is ok considering how cheap they are. They look really clean and sharp but obviously not original.

I'm re furbishing my original smileys which have seriously rough lens' which I'm repolishing.
