Strange question (just out of interest)

I was wondering in E30 zone opinion when was it strange, unusual to see an E30,so what I mean is,you still see E36s but very very rare to see an E21, so at what point/year does the E30 fall into,and you can't say mid 90s.

I was after one about 2010, but ended up buying an E36 instead, then around 2012 I noticed a Player for my local Rugby team driving round in a 325i Touring, slowly it dawned on me that E30s were 'trendy' now.
My E36 went to the scrapper in 2015, so I began looking for an E30. Of course, prices had trebled by then, because they were now 'trendy'. I see a couple of E30s knocking round my home town now and then.
Also the guy who valets my cars liked them so much, he has just bought one!

apart from my sport i normally se a couple round my way at least once a week,
a red 2 door with a M5X, & a rough looking 320i moor door.
when i first got my sport there used to be a fair few i used to see several times a week when i lived in Lincolnshire.
seems to me the e36 is going the same way.

2001. I remember Bristol back then and the boxy mercs and e30s just disappeared.

I recently spotted a very nice (condition wise) red 318i in Swansea and another 325i for sale on Gumtree , I myself have two both more than capable of going back on the road and one will be soon .There is a guy who owns Big Perm customs who seems to do a bit with them but very few around my way now.
