I've broken my car again, over the weekend I removed my intake, throttle body and injectors to clean it all (as it was all dirty and blocked) I reassembled it and the car won't run unless you crank it for a long time and then it will run at around 2000rpm idle and die if you rev it. I know injector ones seal is damaged causing it to leak out the top of the intake. But when I removed the manifold I noticed that the valve on cylinder 6 (closest to bulkhead) had about a cm or more of fuel in it, would that injector be leaking that badly. When the car ran it ran very lean. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you plugged the AFM back in?
How do you know it runs very lean?
Leaking injector can easily leak the amount of fuel you saw.

Is it just the plastic yellowish colour end come adrift ?
I believe there are plenty of companies out there that recon the injectors and fit new pintle covers , and will check them for leaks and supply the necessary "O" RING seal . most work via a return postage service no need to buy new ones just get them reconditioned and tested.
and refit with silicon grease ensuring all internal bores where they fit in, are clean.
I can,t recommend one as not use one, but someone on here will know , just post the question.
