They both operate at close to zero pressure, so there's nothing special about them. I ran an E30 for many years with a section of 15mm copper pipe and fittings as part of the supply line to the pump.
Any hydraulic pipe specialist should be able to make something up, or you could use the banjos from the old pipes with jubilee clips and a suitable hose.

Because hydraulic hose fittings/sizes go up in stages there is no such fitting available off the shelf for this, I make them to go with my pas pipe kits, £40 on their own
