replacing inner and outer tie rods

Hello. has any one replaced their inner and outer tie rods, recently and if so, what were the symptoms before.
did it stop the shaking at the steering wheel at M way speeds
thank-you still trying to stop my wobble at 60 - 70 wondered if could be inner tie rods.

Worn inner or outer joints could contribute to a wobble, but they're easily checked. Drive the front wheels onto a couple of glossy magazines, ensure the steering is locked, and see if you can rock either front wheel with your hands opposite each other, halfway up the tyres.

I,ll try that i assume hands at 3 o.clock and 9 o,clock.
when you say steering locked , via the steering lock on ignition yes ?

With the steering lock on, and preferably with someone holding the steering wheel hard against the lock.
Without someone holding the steering wheel, there'll still be a tiny bit of movement in the steering wheel, which you may mistake for slight wear in the steering, or more likely, you'll attribute wear to that slight movement, and miss finding it.
