Hi all, I found an in-line fuse connector near (could of been under) the three relays when changing the blower fan. Its a clear case fuse connector with a 15 amp fuse. the connector is blown and I was hoping someone knows what it is and what its for.

Thanks

You don't say what car you have, but the only fuse not in the fusebox on an E30 should be an inline fuse near the electric water valve on the LH side of the heater box.

I don't think this fuse was put there by BMW. Could have been for an alarm or extra audio equipment perhaps.
Do the wires from it come out of a loom, or is it just singles, and what colour?

Currently in the garage it was the mechanic who spotted
it I went back there to see what he was on about and to
order another one.
I will go back and trace the cables could be the alarm if so
will just remove it all as I don't use the alarm.

Might connect it and see if anything happens

Thanks
