Missing Relays ??

Hi what are the high and normal speed relays for? My car seems to be missing them?

these are the relays that switch the speed of the evaporator electric fan if car has air conditioning.
K1 is normal speed, K6 is is high speed depending on the temperature

There should also be several fuses 'missing'.

Fuses fitted depends on what options you have.
We know you don't have aircon, so that's 3 and 18. 9 is only used on autos, 16 is for heated seats, 17 only with electric windows and/or sunroof, 25 isn't used, 26 only on tourings (rear wash/wipe) and 29 and 30 are for front foglamps.
