morning start

hi all, my 1986 325i , every morning when i start the car and the engine rev like going up and down, if i did not warm-up the car and straight put on 'D', the engine will stall. after on working temperature when i re-start it. it all smooth sound good.

Sounds like the usual combinations of non working or badly adjusted throttle position switch, injectors several tens of thousands of miles overdue for a rebuild, and assorted minor air leaks into the inlet system after the AFM.
