Missing Pintle Cap

Removed injectors and found two missing Pintle caps, cylinder 5 cap was sitting on the inlet valve, so must have come off when I pulled the injector, but no. 6 is totally gone, I guess the M20 is capable of chewing up and spitting out a bit of plastic, scoped the bore through the plug aperture and all looks fine.
