RHD M54 Engine Swap

I have a RHD E30 Wagon in the US and am getting ready to do an M54 swap. It is becoming more common in the US but I cant seem to find a good thread for a RHD version.

My only concern to how it is different to the LHD version is the exhaust manifold. What do people do? modify an existing manifold or make something from scratch?
