Hello guys, i have an e30 325i 1987
After cleaning the MAF sensor, filter box,ICV and throttle body at 184,000 km so i finsh and start my car,my engine like vibrating/shaking but don't die and i turnon A/C and all light and also it will not die only vibrate
Anybody help me ??

ICV the correct way round, arrow pointing into the engine ? Easy mistake to do.

I'd be taking a good hard look at the big convoluted air hose between the AFM/filter and the throttle body, and connections to it. Any air leaks will weaken the mixture and likely lead to a misfire.

I checked all no leaking air and i changed the gasket between MAF ans filter box a new one,, i cleaned the throttle body on engine I didn't cleaned it out of engine,when i close o2 (air) from the roll of MAF the engine been perfect with no vibration,when I returned the o2 (air) to the same as it was before cleaning the engine vibrating, no leakmig air i cheked it all good so what i will do

Hit the top of the maf see if that helps if that fixes it then maf needed.
Mine did that hit the top and back to normal.

When I unplugged the MAF the engine die,when I unplugged the ICV the vibrate of engine will be more and low rpm so when I again plugged it sound like woff and high rpm a bit 1 second, and it returns to vibaeting as it do after cleaning MAf sensor and throttle body, today i started it and i turned on a/c and all lights and I pressed the brake it will be good amd no vibrating so any one can help me

Unplugging the AFM (MAF) at idle shouldn't have much effect. Check that the TPS is switching when the throttle is closed.
