Someone help me, cars been fine since the day I bought it then all of a sudden before when I started it, it was running fine just warming up on the drive as I always leave my cars at least a minute idling just to get everything flowing then it just died and I don't get why but it won't start and it's starting to irritate me now, it cranks none stop, everything else works fine though, stereo windows instruments so on, so now I'm totally confused, checked fuses and relays, even changed the relay so don't have a clue?

Probably best to check from ignition coil to spark plugs maybe? Check its getting spark. If it is then check if fuel pump is working?

So I've changed the spark plugs just to make sure it was getting spark instead of testing the others as thy could have been done replacing anyway, still not wanting to go anywhere

I have found the cause and I'm actually bit annoyed by it, turns out the old owners who've owned the car for a lot of years know all it's little secrets... so I replaced the spark plugs done a compression test on fuel and engine block itself everything is fine... relays and fuses are all fine, crank shaft sensor is fine... it was a bad wiring problem, I was getting power to everything round the car perfect Volts everywhere, the wires connected to the petrol pump were loose and had a piece of plastic holding them in place, all sorted now though! Why can't people give you the truth when you're buying something as I was ready to spend a lot on the car getting it sorted as it could have been anything, it's not going to cost them anything by telling you!

It's a pain in the arse when they go wrong, but it's a great feeling when you work out what the problem and it's a cheap quick and easy fix.

Now I'm not sure what to do with it next tbh, it's going to get a good service in the next month to get it all nice and healthy again, any ideas on what to do next?
