Car is 325i m20 Cab.

I'm trying to diagnose this problem. Car starts fine and idles well. It's when it's driven it sometimes hesitates under acceleration and bogs down slightly. It doesn't do it all the time. Normal running of car is good as well.

Would this be down to blue temp sensor? Or something else?

I've checked this (Ohms)and:

ECU
Hot - 420
Cold - 3400

Blue temp sensor
Hot - 420
Cold - 3400

I've also checked on the plug itself if this makes a difference at all?

Plug
Hot - 1586 and 1060 (depends which way I put the multimeter pins)
Cold - 1600 and 1060

What does this indicate please? Plug at c191 maybe?
Cheers

Those readings for the sensor seem about right. I would check which wires in the ecu plug are from the sensor and check resistance there. That will confirm both the sensor and wiring is good.

Thanks for this. Do you mean at the back of the ECU?

I had same problem with m20b25 cab and cleaning the injectors solved it. I thought blue plug at first.
