M10 upper sump removal?
Got the lower sump off but struggling a bit with the upper sump. Where can I jack the engine from at the bottom to give me space for the bolts? The steering rack/ subframe Is in the way.
Anyone got any advice that could be useful to me?

Put the lower sump back on, undo the engine mount rubbers from the alloy mounting arms, jack the engine up with a piece of wood under the sump to spread the load, insert wedges/spacers between the mounts and the arms, lower jack, remove lower sump again and remove upper sump.

Undo engine mounts completely off or just loosen to the end?
Any ideas what I can use as a spacer? Maybe more wood blocks?
