Bracket on the steering column

It's a bracket on the steering column that holds under dash panel in place. It is missing on mine, of course I can figure out smth. but want to keep it oem, maybe someone have info on part nr.? or bracket itself? Looks like loose part but could not locate it in realoem.

it is separate- part no. 51451906532
item no. 13 in the "trim-panel dashboard" pic. in real OEM.
looking on ebay under that part number there is one in Egypt for £4.
or a few quid from dealer.
or someone on here is certain to have one.
