The Center console colours listed anthracite, silber, and indigo. We they the only factory colours listed?

I sold a Center console on eBay and now the buyer has started a dispute to say he thought it was grey but the item I have sent is black. What do you guys think? I have never said its grey or black and give all the information needed.

As it shows on my laptop, the colour could be mistaken for grey, but your description clearly says anthracite, and the part number is for anthracite.
You have done nothing wrong, except sell to an idiot, who has obviously never loaded anthracite into a stove, otherwise they would know it is carbon black.

I do, it's ok Karma will have its way, instead of messing my account I have given the fool a return, I accidentally pressed the accept return. Ah well eBay said he will probably win the case due to the item being black in his pictures
