Main Dealer or Eberspacher such as the one Ben has posted in the above link. ECP used to stock Eberspacher but avoid their Klarius/Timax junk.

I have a Bosal at the moment, one of the pipes has fractured at the rear of the silencer.

Bosal is crap, I have one. For something a bit sportier there is scorpion stainless, ask for STW tail pipes for the original look. About £650 for full system fitted. About £300 for a half system. Boysen is the OEM for BMW I think.
