Can anyone shed some light on this mess? I think i understand the red/black wire loop for central locking but wjat have they done to the driver side speaker i want to clean this up but am not sure what those two are for.

at least the connections are soldered and not just twisted together.
try following the green and yellow cables-see where they end up.
maybe some sort of tweeter somewhere?

One goes right into the loom the other into the door plug

Ah no worries it was the tweeters on the door
