Rear suspension parts

Hi folks, i've been offered the complete rear subframe from a 318i convertible as a donor for my 318 project car (1987). I want to uprate mine to rear discs which the donor has but it's lhd and a german spec car according to the vin decoder. Does anyone know if these parts are compatible? The donor has a small case diff but i'm going to use a medium case, are the half shafts different? I won't need the diff so if anyone's looking for one let me know. I have the option of the front struts as well, are these different as they have vented discs and mine doesn't? Any help is great, thanks, James

Don't know of any differences between LHD and RHD, and can't think of any reason why there should be.
Small and medium cased diffs. are interchangeable. The difference in width is made up by the output flanges.
Front struts will be 52mm diameter, instead of your smaller ones, so are worth changing, although the vented discs will fit to your existing struts.
