Hi, I purchased a second hand roll cage for an e30. Its a bolt in and together style OMP like version. I think it's from a 3 door because I can't for the life of me get it into the car!!! Back roll bar and rear stays in fine, front hoop and legs... nightmare! Any advise... probably either won't fit with out cutting or very simple...

Some pics would help us all, if this is any help (doubt it but good to get some adsense revenue :D) http://cookracing.co.uk/index.php/e30-3 ... llcage-e30
The story so far... http://www.cookracing.co.uk/

Ascertaining what cage it is will help. Fitting kits are available for them. Unless properly fitted with suitable load spreading it will be more of a death trap than a help. They are notoriously entertaining to wangle into the car.
