Hi
Need help finding a roof bow for my e30 325i.
The support beam that runs from one b pillar to the other pillar. Bmw no longer do it

Quick question if I may. Have you removed the headliner yourself? I'm in the middle of removing mine now and I'm not sure how to get the hand grip cover sides off to reveal the two screws either side. Any help of how these come off?

handgrip-thingys on roof- you pry covers off w/screwdriver to uncover screws.
they do take some force before the covers come away and also it's easy to end up poking holes in the headliner.

Cheers. Exactly what I was worried about. Having such cold hand also didn't help. I literally gave up as I didn't want to destroy was it an immaculate headliner. Just the grab handles, lights and screws around the sunroof and it's out though.. Wish me luck, i'm going to need it.
