Speedo

Hi Recently I removed the speedo to change a bulb, I saw a video on utube and the problem I am have is getting it all in and lined up. Is there a knack to this, thumb screws were tightened and the lower panel and the bottom of the speedo does not line up and there are gaps in the corner. There is someone else I know who is also having the same issue. Any advice would be awesome.
