Hope I'm in the right place. Clifford alarm.

Sorry if I'm in the wrong place but I know radio shops usually sort alarms.
I have a Clifford on my 325 cab and it was there when I got it and it was never working from when I got it and the central locking hasn't either.
I've had the central locking relay out behind the drivers speaker in the footwell and even bought another one just encase, they both click strong so I take it it's not the relays.
What I'm after is getting the Clifford removed as I think this is the problem.
Is there anyone that can be recommended in the London Kent area.
Also I'd like a good clean up of the wires behind the dash as it has had a 90's handheld mobile installed and probably a few other bits bobs over the years so I'd like someone who knows the wiring a bit better than the average ISO job at halfords.
