For past 20 days, every morning on start up some think start to make light squealing noise for about 5min and then it is gone.. Started to happen when outside temperature get low, about 7-10 celsius in the morning..

My first guess was alternator belt, did some test (removing belt and the noise is gone) so I bought new one and instal, but light noise is still there on start up..

When I start up car in the morning everything is ok, but after rev it to 2k rpm it start to make noise for about 5min and after that it is gone..

So I remove the belt again and start to looking, and found that the water pump is maybe the problem.. This is the video I made:
Try to hear squeal when rotating the fan...

Now I think that the visko or water pump is making this, did anyone have similar situacion.. What you guys think??

Far as I know the water pump have 20 000 km on.. no play far as I felt... It;s m20b20 engine, 1988.

Only sound I can hear sounds like an asthmatic cat, but if you're convinced it's the pump making the noise, then it would be prudent to change it .
If your timing belt is anywhere near due a change, it would be a good idea to change that as well to overcome the problem of the tensioner spring locating against the pump.
KWP pumps are fine.

Asthmatic cat, that is the one xD Could it be that visco is making sound like this..?

I did change timing belt before 10 000 km, but can not get over my stupidity for listening my friend not to change water pump because it looks like new, and for real she do not have more then 20 000 km on, if the service book is right.. but guessing no lesson is free...

For sure will do some more diagnostic before removing things...
