Does anyone know what I need, so I could fit a/c from m40 car to my m20b25 car?

If the M40 car had a factory fit set up i.e. with metal and rubber pipes then the only different parts will be the compressor mounting bracket and the pipes to and from the compressor.
The only other issue that may arise is if your M20 car was built before sept 87 as the HVAC box wiring plug is different and there is also a slight wiring difference for the DME input to raise idle speed.
