Strut threaded collar nut

Replacement (bilstein b4) shocks on a 325i. Wound the threaded collar nut in by hand, continued to tighten with a stilson wrench and hammer. That's as far as i got. Should it be fastened all the way? Flange butting up against threaded collar? (No vice was used)

according to the wiki it should be 130NM, as far as i can remember some thread should still be visible, just make sure she insert can't move.

Just fitted new ones to mine. Used large vice & look the same as yours.
