323i vs 320iS vs 325iS

Hi Guys,
I posted this on the New Member Forum but it may be more appropriate here.

New member here. I live in New Orleans and am looking for an E30 for investment and enjoyment. I own a '72 2002tii who's value has doubled in the 5 years of my ownership. I've read where the 320iS is the modern 2002tii. That said I'm looking to purchase one or the three cars in the subject. I will have to import the first two models but there are US models of the third. I'm leaning towards the 320iS because of its rarity and performance. I've narrowed the 320iS selection down to two; one unrestored in near mint condition and one restored, new paint and leather interior in mint condition. Thoughts?

You've answered your own question, 320iS for the rarity and performance. It's been a very long time since anyone's even mentioned one of these cars let alone owned one.
