Hello, I have a 1988 325i 4 door that's done 170k with the standard 4 speed auto gearbox (not EH switchable). I need a new gearbox. I can only find the EH switchable gearbox for sale, can I fit this in my car without the electrics. If so does it just work in the standard program or will it not work at all?
