Good afternoon , I'm looking to replace my seat rails , the ones I have fitted have corrosion and I'm not happy withe condition of them .I have a tidy non corroded set but I'm not sure how to remove them from the seat base .(2 door version)

Mine are both knackered, without a passenger up front the whole seat rattles constantly despite cleaning and tightening everything up - can't see how to separate the rails, they look press fitted and riveted together -
