Hello,
I am very new to this and I need some help. I have a e30 318i with an m52 2.8 conversion which I have only bought recently. It started to overheat and I have noticed that one of the coolant hoses just above the bulkhead has ruptured. I think the hoses are from the e36 but they are to big for the connection with the e30. Does anyone know of any adaptors or specially made hoses? Or any way to stop them splitting?
Thank you

Can be a bit of a pain to fit these, as space is tight. I used some of that wire insert silicon stuff that doesn't kink when you bend it. Did the job.

Thanks for the info. That's one size isn't it? Mine has ruptured where the metal crib goes around where the hose is to big for the connector. If you haven't had any problems though I'll go for that.

They're available in different sizes so you can just order the correct diameter. Come as 1m lengths so have to be cut to size. You may need a reducer too to fit the heater inlet/outlet I can't remember...worth measuring both flanges to figure what you need :D
