Is the key slot horizontal or vertical, and is the key out or stuck in the lock?

If you have the key, it should work in the rear hatch lock, deadlocked or not, unless you have a valet key.
I'd give every lock a good dose of WD40 or similar for a start.

Ok excellent I got into the boot

But when I went to pull the door pin it was jammed
Now I need to get that lock unstuck
Just wd40? Or is there something I can do from inside?

Pins are jammed because the deadlocks are (probably) on.
Now that you're in, remove the panel that covers the driver's side front speaker, the speaker itself, and a little black plastic filler panel under the speaker.
That gives you access to the locking ECU inside the sill, so unscrew the two small self tappers on the inner sill, and pull the ECU out complete with mounting bracket.
Unplug the ECU and use two short pieces of wire to link the red/black to the black wire, then momentarily (no more than half a second) link the brown wire to the blue wire.
This should release the deadlocks, and allow you to pull the pins up on all but the driver's door. If it doesn't, try red/green to blue and brown to black.

Keep spraying WD40 in and oil, the reason it jammed is because its dry and worn, nobody seems to realise that locks need oiling, even dealerships when your paying £1000 or more for servicing

nice one Brian!!!! the driver door deadlock unlocked too which was a bonus! pity i broke the key off in it so need to remove that now :o:
I did spray some wd40 into it about an hour before trying this so maybe this helped with all doors unlocking from deadlock

Yes Dan i know.... £1000 service and not a simple thing like this.... from now on i will give it a spray once a month.... takes 2 seconds but stops annoying things happening

Just need to remove the driver lock now and try and bang the broken key out :o:
