A car paint shop will mix you whatever you need.

There are multiple shades of each paint colour so best take a panel with you (filler cap is good as it's small) to match it directly to

Yep. Most car paint shops will put it in a rattle can for you

Can will probably come with a selection of nozzles, and the paint inside will have much better coverage than the average rattle can from a DIY shop.
