It's easy, it's just a bonded screen. You can buy the correct square profile wire on eBay, and the tool for poking the wire through the PU, get some T handles or some bits of wood and saw away, don't use MIG wire, it's round, you'll be there forever and it will just keep snapping..

Touring is the one that is bonded. Non M3 saloons are a literal ten minute job to remove, and the same to replace if you have the tool for the locking strip.
The touring one is removable with the wire as described, but it's not my idea of 'easy'.
