Steering Wheel slip ring plastic

Can you change the little plastic indicator cancel thing from one wheel to another easily? Looks like just 2 screws?
Any hidden horrors in there?

Two screws indeed. Make sure to lubricate the slip ring appropriately so it doesn't grind when you turn the wheel!

OK thanks, I've undone the 2 screws but it won't come off. Do you have to push a spring or something in as well?

I did mine last year, I can't remember exactly, but I recall a bit of careful twisting once the screws are out. It's not difficult, else I wouldn't have been able to do it

Sorted it now it just pulls off, there is a plug for the horn that you pull off.
