rear brake discs will it give noticeable improvement?

Does install e30 rear discs to replace drum brake will improve a lot stopping power and noticeable?

The difference is with repeated use of the brakes. Drum brakes are unable to dissipate the heat energy that they produce as well as discs, so their efficiency drops off more as they get hotter.
Your handbrake will most definitely NOT be improved by the change.

I did this conversion and enjoyed the learning experience of doing it.

However, I have not noticed any improvement in breaking performance at all.
Moredoor autos with small engines are cool - but my new m20b25 is awesome!

Thank you for all the info, with rear drum brake I feel my cat can not stop in short range.without press the pedal hard and it make make my new front discs erode/degrade faster, I feel a groove only in 2-3 months.

And I think my handbrake that is not share with discs pad is always ready without regularly adjustment
