Yellow/black is the starter motor control wire. If removing anything results in a break in this wire, you will have to join the two ends together.
Similarly, plain green is ignition switched live, primarily to the engine, and if unplugging anything results in a break in this wire, you will have to join the ends together.
All the black wires are part of the silly 'Thatcham approval' standards rubbish for alarms, so you'll have to follow these to where they connect to the original car wiring to find out what they really are.
In general, yellow/black, green, and green/purple (fuel pump) wires will need joining together, and others (usually red/x, brown, x/brown, blue/red, blue/black, grey/x) will just need following to source and removing.
