I've seen it also, and for sale a couple of times over the years.
A beautiful example and good investment

Lovely example this, remember the for sale and have also seen it at Gaydon before.
Was it originally sold by L&C Croydon?
My 325i Sport came from there when new.

No I had the number plates and tax disc holder made up by Pukar Design. The supplying dealer was a place called Harringtons in Horsham but he wasn't able to find their details to make up replica plates. There is some history from L&C so i decided to get those.

Do you mind me asking what camera you took the photos with. They look really crisp and bright and i'm thinking of getting a new camera. Thanks

Ah Harrigtons of Horsham moved to Crawley in the early to mid 90's and became Vines of Gatwick where I used to work.
Those L&C plates you have are the same as mine that I also had made after I supplied Pukar designs with a pic of an original fitted to an E34 that came into work a few years back.

Lovely car. I would have said perfect, but I think you have a blown bulb behind the headlight switch panel

Cheers for all the positive comments. There's stacks of history with the car but no real documentation about the respray or retrim of the front seats etc. So if anyone can shed any light i'd be really interested to find out who spent so much time and effort getting it so sorted.
