hello, will i be able to put a "wide" model differential on my e30 320i from 88 without problems`?

do i need to change the Propshaft and gearbox and Drive Shafts to 325? or will the "wide" diff just fit with 240 gearbox and propshaft and drive shafts with no problems?

do you mean the larger 188 case diff? if so you can use all your stock stuff but the prop needs to be lengthened a bit using it slip joint in the middle

The standard diff on a 320 is the small case; either this or the medium case (188 as gromgsxr says) will fit without mods or changing other parts. The propshaft will have to be shortened, though.
The one that won't fit is the large case, found on bigger-engined 5- and 7- series.
