As KW355 post I did the same but have wondered if the E46 one would fit?
They are about a fiver to buy from ebay.

IIRC I used an E36 one from as local breakers. Remember to get the plug and a bit of wiring with it,to splice into the existing loom

Yer but im sure you can just try it out with a few spade connectors and a pliers etc I bet that china one is the same as the £5 ones but they added the few weeks waiting cost to it for un-patient folk like me.
