The belt was over tighten.. and I use only a spring, no extra force.. pushing the tensioner back (2mm) and nose is gone.. :)

Mmmm. If the spring is the correct one, then it tensions the belt correctly.
I'd rather have a slightly noisy belt than a slack one.

Spring code is 11 31 1 267 746.. think that one is for m20.. it wasn't slight noisy, it was amberesing noisy xD like a bad bearing, I posted a video up.. :)

The timing belt bite camshaft gear little bit early, and when engine and belt warms up starts to make noise.. "Big" gap on white arrow side, more tension on red one side = noise when tooth leavs gear.. pushed back tensioner 2mm end tooth moved back a bit and seats proper in gear..

I think the problem was a new spring.. the engine is 30 years old and all timing gears probably have some wear.. belt is not that much loos, rotates almost 90 degrees on long side.. I think it should not be problem until someone tries to jump start car.. but will recheck in 1000-2000km..

After 4000km and 4 months of noise from continental timing belt, I finally get rid of it..
I tried everything losing up tension and tighten up, nothing works..And finally replace continental belt with dayco, and noise is gone!!!! :) With dayco, bite on camshaft gear is perfect, like on the picture from previous post, no noise at all..

Thanks everyone for help :)
