What is the safest way to make 3.91 LSD..?
Swap LSD unit from 3.25 to 3.91, or swap pinion and gear?
I heard that the tolerance is so sick precision in there, some info on this will be nice..
has anyone done this?E30 diff conversion.. 3.25LSD to 3.91LSD

I have two small case diffs, one is 3.25LSD, and other is open 3.91..

swap ring a pinion on to LSD mate but setting up can be a bitch as if you get it wrong it wont last long. think i remember someone on here refurbishing them or setting them up but cant remember who?
