Hi,

I just changed my centre consol, so had to unplug cig. lighter, window switches and lock switch, then plug them all back in. Now they dont work! The relay clicks as you open and close the doors (as they do to illuminate the switches) but the switches dont light up, and windows wont move. I know i put the switches and cig. back correct, but think i mixed up the window lock switch. Where is the fuse as i think i have blown it??! I need fuse no. if i have. I need urgent help as the window is jammed full down. Also which wire should plug onto which of the two legs on the lock switch? If somebody could chck it would be a huge help. :D

Many thanks in advance,

Paul

If by "lock switch" you mean the overload cut-out (front right of console), then it doesn't matter which way around they go, but the connectors are a bit undersized for the thickness of wires fitted to them, and they can fall off the switch as you refit the console.
Relevant fuses are 28 and 17, depending on whether the doors are open or closed, but since you can hear the relay clicking, then I doubt if this is the trouble.
