E30 M3 genuine rear spoiler?

Hi all,

I cleared out my old shared garage a good few years ago and inherited a whole lot of old car parts - mostly junk as it happens from the last 25 years...

In amongst the junk, I found a rear spoiler which I was going to bin but it has a part number on it (1922 480) which seems to be from an E30 M3. Seems like a genuine part (not fibreglass)
I googled the number and got this:

"Original BMW 3 Series E30 M3 S14 rear spoiler tailgate spoiler 1922480 Motorsport"

So I figured that this forum might be the one to post in Can anyone confirm this part number?

Get it on ebay 10 day auction, 10pm start / finish time, no reserve. It might make £50, it might do £150. They are not particularly sought after as they don't go rusty or wear out and there are quite a few kicking around due to people replacing them with Sport Evolution type spoilers.

I'd tuck it away for a few more years. The time will come when the owners of the M3s with the Sport Evo. spoilers, that pete refers to, realise that originality is what counts, and will be looking for the standard spoilers to refit.
