Hello,

I need some info on handbrake mechanism disc style (screw adjuster, lock, pin etc) does is it same with handbrake mechanism on drum style?

I mean if it is same I can use it for my disc conversion.

Because it the most difficult parts to find.

All the parts above, including the cable are unique to rear disc brakes, although they are the same, except cable, on some later BMWs.

Thank you for the info, Mr.Brian. So I can use or substitute from e36 handbrake? Or e30 drumbrake?

Does handbrake bowden cable is same between disc and drum brake?

I compare that the long is same 1725mm but while I see the part.number is different.

Disc is34411158421 and drum 34411154681
