Can't see how it's funny to be fair could happen to anyone so I'd lock them up tight people I ain't stupid I work on cars for a living most likely been broken for bits. Keeping my fingers crossed tho cause would love to have it back
Yea was for sale to pay for extension on house but no address was ever given out and no one viewed the car as of yet.im gutted cause I wouldn't want the car to be chopped up for bits would much rather have some one else have the enjoyment and keep and maintain it to be on the road. Thieving scumbags and I hope it turns back up in one piece

The car is gone and in bits by now , of that we can be certain. It was not a Sport and no prize, but you know that ! I assume you have decent insurance ? If so, you need to start saving all the ads you can find for overpriced Sports (should not be hard !) and fight the insurance for a good pay out.
With some homework and legwork, you could do quite nicely out of your misfortune

It ain't about the money for me tho I would rather be a 1000 pound short and have the car back on the road means more than just a bit of metal.i no what your saying already no that it's being broken for bits as we speak there just scum simple as that and surely I would be getting prices for just a 325i not a sport although mind had everything from factory that a sport has bar the headlining and gearbox

OP Repeat after me 100 times ! " My 325 was a SPORT , it's my life and its loss has scarred me emotionally, but nothing that 10 bags can't heal "
Many Sports did not have it stated on the registration document . As far as you and your insurance company are concerned, it was a SPORT !!! unless you are happy with half a payout !

You were enjoying so much it was for sale to help fund an extension on your house !
Seems like the wife figured you out that you was only listing it on her insistence but had no real intention of selling it as you was enjoying it so much... so maybe she made it disappear?cookster wrote:Yea I didn't want to sell it wife leaning on me

Hardly. It was a big spec 325 with leather sports seats, LSD , M Technic suspension and the full Tech 2 Tupperware. To most, that would constitute a Sport. On the other hand, if the OP claims for a 325 with a kit added AFTERWARDS, the insurance company will want to know why he did not declare it had a kit fitted and could well throw his claim out as it was clearly a case of non disclosure as a £1000 tech 2 kit DEFINITELY makes a car more desirable to undesirables
I didn't tell the insurance company of any of the added extras as it came out of the factory like it so surely they should no of this I have the original bill of sale with the factory extras on it so I no nothing as they say bought it like that and that's it drove out of the factory.must make it more desirable which is probably one of the reasons it got nicked if you lot can see what was on the car then surely insurance and the thieving scumbags would.ill certainly be telling them of all the stuff it had and the good condition it was in plus fsh from new

Yep, that's worth nicking.

Hence why you need to get as much back from the insurance company to replace it with something similar.
